Positive: Lovely, clean property with great facilities and everything we required for a short stay. Negative: Had issues with hot water and a broken light. Contacted number but was advised to submit details through website which we did. Received E-mail advising would be 48 hours before anything would be done. We were without hot water for 24 hours and had to use phone torches to use the bathroom as otherwise was too dark. Would have expected to be able to speak to somebody directly about our issues rather than through website and would have been helpful if repairs could have been done during our time there.

Positive: I felt welcome. All the family felt welcome. Negative: Everything was up to standard. Highly recommended

Really comfortable and very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the home. Positive: It was spectacularly clean and had all the facilities in the bathroom and the kitchen. Very pleased with the comfortable bed in the main bedroom at least and the kids didn’t complain about their beds. The location was ok, on the side of the road but there wasn’t any noise coming in. Very close to the Ben Nevis base and the Aonach Mor gondolas and the Fort William town centre. Negative: Just that it was on the side of the road, so couldn’t really sit outside in the patio/garden. Not that it was anything to complain about.
