Great place to stay for hiking The Ben Positive: Locarion, furniture, kitchen. Beds comfy and linen clean Negative: Doors need easing eadpecially bathroom is noisy when sharing with 5 people. Lots of parking

Positive: Lovely, clean property with great facilities and everything we required for a short stay. Negative: Had issues with hot water and a broken light. Contacted number but was advised to submit details through website which we did. Received E-mail advising would be 48 hours before anything would be done. We were without hot water for 24 hours and had to use phone torches to use the bathroom as otherwise was too dark. Would have expected to be able to speak to somebody directly about our issues rather than through website and would have been helpful if repairs could have been done during our time there.

Positive: I felt welcome. All the family felt welcome. Negative: Everything was up to standard. Highly recommended
