Highland Lookout

A well-maintained flat, but unfortunately let down by difficult access and poorly maintained communal areas. Positive: The property had all the necessary amenities and the flat was clean and tidy. Negative: Firstly, the flat was quite difficult to locate, especially when arriving later in the evening as we did, at around 8pm. There were no clear directions or adequate lighting around the building, which made finding it unnecessarily difficult. Once we eventually located the building, our first impression was unfortunately quite poor. The communal areas were very dirty, with cobwebs around the windows and visible dust on the stairs, making it seem as though they hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. We then faced another issue accessing the flat. The key lock was jammed and wouldn’t open with the provided access code, and it took us nearly an hour to finally sort out access. The flat itself appeared to be well maintained, but after the difficulty finding the building, the access issue, and the condition of the communal areas, our overall first impression was unfortunately very disappointing.

Positive: Las vistas y la calidad de las sabanas y toallas. Negative: La entrada al edificio estaba destartalada y el acceso desde el coche era complicado. Con varios tramos de escaleras empinados. La ducha era en bañera y no muy práctica.

Positive: La vue sur le loch Negative: L'entrée de l'immeuble mal entretenue

Positive: Appartement très confortable, proche du centre. Très bon service, très réactif. Très jolie vue sur le lac. Negative: Les parquets grincent beaucoup, ce qui s'entend surtout la nuit.
