Old Distillery Apartment

The apartment itself is very nice and is located just a 15 minute walk from restaurants and the main town strip so these were positive. Customer service responded quickly, which is great. One major issue with the property is that there is no AC and no fan. In the middle of a heat wave in August this became quite uncomfortable. No AC is fine, but at least provide a fan for your guests so that they get proper sleep and are not balls of sweat at night. We didn't want to open the windows in summer due to all the insects. I feel like a fan is a basic amenity these days. Like the other reviews say, the steps are definitely something to consider. Especially if you're carrying big bags up. We had to book a suitcase to be stored at a hotel due to this reason, which adds to the cost and inconvenience of not having your stuff. The apartment is really nice though and amenities like a washer/dryer and a nice coffee machine were really appreciated. The furniture is also very modern and super comfortable.

Agradable personal, buena ubicacion y muy rico desayuno. Positive: La ubicacion nos parecio perfecta.. Las habitaciines muy comodas. El desayuno muy rico. La sala muy bonita, alegre, decoraciin muy buena. Productos muy ricos. Negative: Por hacer un comentario, las camas deberian ser un poco mas firmes.

Great location, really enjoyed our stay Positive: Great location, clean apartment and easy access to Ben Nevis and Fort William town centre. Negative: Top floor apartment with no lift. Not a problem with the accommodation, but with large suitcases and sore legs after climbing I wish I’d noted this beforehand!

Positive: Appartement très propre et confortable Identique aux photos booking. Très proche du centre ville, des commerces et de la gare pour le Jacobite. Parking au pied de l’appartement. Negative: Mise à disposition d’une machine à café nécessitant des capsules de type Nespresso Vertuo qui sont introuvables dans les magasins de Fort William et absence de cafetière classique (mise à disposition d’un kit de démarrage de 4 capsules mais bien sûr non suffisant lorsque vous restez plusieurs jours et que vous êtes 4..) Sinon seul bémol … 4e étage sans ascenseur

Parfait pour rayonner dans la région, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Positive: Très confortable, calme, cosy
