Relaxing and comfortable, close to everything we wanted to do. Positive: Clean, comfortable, good kitchen enabling self-catering, great location.

Good location , fine if you like lots of stairs. Well presented Positive: Good location, close to shops and restaurants Good facilities including crockery washing machine and microwave Comfortable and clean. Good shower. Negative: Up three long steep flights of stairs and no elevator as seems to be the case throughout Scotland Didn’t even try to carry our suitcases up there, would have killed me. Parking is a pain. Only free parking is up a horrendous steep flight of stairs leading to Ardconnell street. Absolute heart attack material. My heart rate was at 200 by the time I reached the top. There is council paid parking but it is restricted after 9am.

Overall I enjoyed the stay as it all fitted into my working pattern. Positive: Location in centre of town, clean and modern. Negative: There is no lift which will be a problem if you have mobility issues as this flat is on the 3rd floor. Flat is nice but compact, room and kitchen type with bathroom. No room for a sofa to relax on so the bed has to do. For me it was ideal as a single traveller and it would be cosy for 2 people. Parking is on the street or carpark 30m away. You have to pay during the day but free after 6pm till 9am Mon to Fri. Weekend is 6pm till 1pm on Sunday. Saturday something similar.

Perfect modern wee flat in centre of Oban !! Positive: Centrally located but very quiet, had all amenities required . Clean well decorated with a great shower and comfortable bed . Negative: Lots of stairs to climb hadn’t checked on booking should maybe advertise this individually as flats on 3 floors
