Springbank Apartment No.9

Lovely weekend break for 2 nights Positive: Apartment was very comfortable and great location. We were aware it was up three flights of stairs with no lift, a common complaint for many but read before booking! Well kitted out kitchen. . Negative: There was no hot water even though the instructions said the combi boiler is always on. I ended up boiling the kettle to wash dishes. Quite a bit of noise below from those contemplating walking up the steep brae / steps but we found it amusing.

Positive: Appartment was spotless. It was very central , which made life easy for us. Negative: Only thing we had was we couldnt find at first the hot water switch to get hot water as wasnt marked , worked out eventually so we had hot water for dishes & hands .

Lovely accommodation, with all the day to day essentials. Very comfortable and clean, and would definitely use again if Positive: It was clean and very comfortable. I liked that it had everyday essentials, like kitchen towel, cling film and tin foil, and even a couple of pods of laundry detergent for the washing machine . Negative: The property had 3 steep flights of stairs, but no elevator. Which is fine for active people, but I think it could have been a bit of a problem for elderly or infirm people.

Excellent place. Positive: Loved the location and very easy to access.Lovely and clean. Negative: No lounge area.

Positive: This is a small flat in the town very near to Oban harbour. Negative: Climbing stairs to the third floor with luggage is not easy. The flat is in a backstreet area near commercial units and a council bin collection area.
