Great location and nice facilities, just a few tweaks needed to make it a more comfortable stay Positive: Great location and nice and spacious inside. Negative: The mattresses need replacing as you can feel all the springs which led to an uncomfortable night’s sleep, same with the pillows. This was a shame and is easy to address and would make a massive difference. The sealant in the bathrooms could also use refreshing but the rest of the place was very clean, airy and comfortable.

Great place once it gets a new mattress Positive: Location so close to the centre of Tobermory. Great view of the harbour. Spacious and well equipped - better than expected. Light and quiet. Negative: Mattress in en-suite had springs sticking out so very hard to have a comfortable night’s sleep - needs replacing as someone said nearly a year ago. A few more cups and smaller glasses would be great. Being asked to strip the beds is a bit much at this price. Security light on exterior rider shines into bedroom - would be good if motion activated.
