The flat is spacious and located in the city centre (no elevator, though). The guest folder did not have any instructions for the heating system and it was freezing (issue was addressed the next day). The tableware and bathroom floor were not clean (host addressed issue, but we had already washed up and cleaned the bathroom floor which was filthy). If your cleanliness benchmark is low and if you like it icy cold on your first night's stay, it's a perfect location.

Positive: Super location, spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms lots of space and storage. Parking adjacent to the apartment at reasonable rate. Negative: There is some street noise as deliveries to local shops and distillery come in the mornings. This didn't bother us at all, but may be an issue for others. The windows are quite good for suppressing most of the noise.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location but can be noisy due to proximity to distillery. Positive: Easy instructions to access apartment. Convenient parking nearby. Good location. Large and spacious with all amenities required provided. Comfortable beds. Negative: Located beside the loading bay for the distillery. Noisy delivery trucks with idling engines early most mornings so don’t book this apartment if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep late.
