Marina Apartments No.2

Good stay for 4. Positive: Great communication. Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Free on-site parking was invaluable. The what 3 words directed us to the doorstep of the property. The fresh milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised to see the ironing board and iron available. Negative: The oven refused to work. The support service works only office hours, but the host volunteered to come to fix. As it would take 45 minutes to travel we thought of alternative for dinner. The shower water pressure could be better. R rug in the sitting room would make it look better and warmer. I was lucky my apartment was not number 3, which needs to be accessed climbing an open external staircase. In the rain would have soaked us through.

Overall, it was a very nice stay for we as a family. Positive: The house was well furnished with all items one would need with a family. Negative: There was nothing we didnt like. The place is very thoughtfully furnished!

Séjour en famille Positive: La proximité avec les commodités et Fort William. L’agencement dans l’appartement et avoir une place de parking prévue. La propreté. Les petites attentions d’accueil: lait au frigo, dosette de café / lave vaisselle / lessive ect. Bien chauffé grâce aux chauffages électriques. Linge frais. Sèche cheveux. Negative: Aucune isolation dans l’appartement: nous avions une famille avec des enfants également au dessus, on avait l’impression de les avoir avec nous tellement le bruit était fort. Chaque pas, chaque meuble déplacé, et ce jusqu’à tard dans la soirée … c’était pénible. Manque qq ustensiles en cuisine( passoir). Un porte- manteau + tapis pour poser les chaussures dans l’entrée

Thank you everyone who made our stay so special! Positive: Lovely pet friendly, quirky hotel! Exceptional staff, friendly and welcoming, couldn’t do enough for us. VERY friendly cats. Food was fabulous, would definitely stay here again! Negative: Not much!
