Dolphin Apartment

A perfect place for your Isle Of Mull getaway. Positive: A comfy space for three people. Parking very close Has all amenities. Negative: Couldn’t get the electric heaters to work.

Days before arrival, I requested a travel cot (offered by the host) to be delivered to the apartment since there were 3 adults in our reservation. I was assured the cot would be there when we arrived. When we arrived, there was no cot, no linens for the sofa, and only 2 towels. Immediately, I contacted the host, and we were assured those items would be delivered. It was the next day, midday, before we received them. We were exhausted and just needed sleep, not to cram into a bed or sleep on a sofa with no linens, and have to draw straws to see who gets a towel. There was no soap (other than hand soap). The air freshener in the apartment was so strong it brought on headaches. We had to put the 2 air fresheners outside the door. Grateful the windows opened.

Positive: Excellent location; facilities very clean. Staff very responsive to emails/communications Negative: Very Tight living quarters once bed was opened in living room; sofa bed rather uncomfortable; need more than one towel per guest for the length of stay

Cosy Positive: The location was amazing, right in the middle of tobermory. It was well equipped and comfy beds, a home from home Negative: Can't think of anything I didnt like

The apartment was great and the location perfect. I would have looked more direct communication rather than through a link which was a little arduous. It all worked but I was on a ferry worried about photo connection and not getting the code for the lock box. Needs to improve that. Also needs to make clear that there is no parking. Just parking on the street. That’s is not how it is listed Having said all that the place was great. As I said everything was there and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again
