Dolphin Apartment

Positive: The apartment as a whole is fantastic. The views, the space its just lovely, so clean aswell which is a big bonus and is equipped with everything you need for the perfect home from home. The booking is easy, stress free, and helpful we struggled getting onto the island with the weather and straight away Jane was there with helpful advice. Honestly 10/10 Negative: N/a

Positive: Location was great, apartment was clean and had what we needed. Easy to find, free parking available. Comfortable and clean.

Positive: Location was good. Negative: Lack of information about how things worked in the apartment and no helpful suggestions on things to see, do and eat and drink which would be helpful, as would a visitors’ book which are also helpful for future guests in giving pointers. Not being able to check in until 4pm seems a bit excessive. We appreciate that this was probably introduced during COVID to allow additional cleaning but surely now a reversion to a 3pm check in, as seemed to be the norm, would be better.

Positive: I had stayed at the apartment the year before and had commented that it was missing a washing machine. I was delighted to find that the kitchen area had had an upgrade and now featured a washing machine. The apartment is ideally located, quite private and perfect for a small family or couple short stay. I can imagine wanting more space if I was staying more than a week. That being said the apartment was certainly spacious enough. I will look forward to staying again next year. Negative: I can't really think of anything so it would really be nitpicking. I suppose I had some difficulty with the radiator in the living room but that is it.
