Puffin Apartment

Positive: Location great Negative: Needing better lighting as not much natural light gets in. WiFi was down the whole stay and there wasn’t mobile signal in the property either.

Positive: Lo staff risponde subito ai messaggi. L'appartamento è pulito e ben attrezzato: lavasciuga, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e relativi detersivi e capsule. Più carta igienica sarebbe apprezzabile. Per soli 3 giorni essendo 4 persone ci è comunque toccato andare al supermercato a comprarla. Negative: Molte indicazioni per arrivare alla casa quando bastava scrivere che è una casa rossa con scritto in facciata Waterfront Apartments. Il Puffin è l alloggio al piano terra, mal illuminato e con vista sul cortile, la camera da letto in particolare affaccia su uno dei grandi contenitori della spazzatura. Il divano letto non si estrae con un dito come il nostro a casa ma si monta e ci vogliono 10 minuti. Hanno omesso di dirci che le spiegazioni erano infilate nella busta delle lenzuola. Scordatevi se siete in 4 di usare il divano la sera perché tocca disfare e smontare il letto. Da tempo, come segnalato in precedenti recensioni da altri, non funziona il wifi e nell' alloggio non c'è campo né per internet nè per il telefono. L'aspirazione in bagno si attiva con un interruttore sopra la porta del bagno e se non siete alti almeno 1 70 non ci arrivate.

Nice and cosy stay Positive: Everything was organized and well directed. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities. Negative: Wifi was not working. Mobile network inside apartment was very poor which was heavily frustrating.

Basic, no frills apartment. Positive: Proximity to town and beach. Comfortable beds. Ease of parking on the street. Washing machine. Negative: WiFi didn’t work for the whole four days we were staying there. No resolution despite repeated requests. Also, no phone service in the apartment even with a SIM card. Shower was very tight.

No internet Positive: Excellent location, clean and a well equipped kitchen. Negative: Lounge and kitchen area was dark and the place was cold on arrival. There was no internet, so no access to TV and no phone signal from the property either. We reported the internet issue on arrival and we were assured it would be fixed but it wasn't fixed when we left 3 days later. The property is managed by a company so we had no contact with the owner who was meant to be sorting out the internet issue.
