4 Eas Brae Apartment

Spacious flat in heart of Tobermory. Positive: Very spacious and well equipped flat. Cosy. Two bathrooms is great and loads of space for everyone. 5 mins down a (steep) hill to all the fab restaurants and shops of Tobermory. Easy check in process. Negative: Arrival is dispiriting - grubby,rundown entrance. Interior is much better and clean although some furniture could do with an upgrade. If we’d paid a lower price none of this would matter.

Really lovely stay in a pleasant and well equipped apartment. Positive: The apartment was very spacious, light and comfortable and ideally situated very close to Tobermory with its shops and fantastic places to eat. The balcony was a welcome bonus in the sunny weather we were lucky enough to have. The owner was very helpful when we could not get the tv to work. Appreciated it being dog friendly and our collie loved the massive dog bed. Negative: A sun parasol on the balcony would have been good as it was sometimes too hot to sit out (appreciate that is not often the case). Balcony and window casements could have done with a more thorough clean. The communal stairwell and landing could have been cleaner and did not reflect what it was like inside the apartment.

Plenty of space for a family holiday to enjoy the delights of Tobermory Positive: Plenty of space for our family. Beds were comfortable. Excellent living space. Easy access to Tobermory on foot. Negative: Main bedroom patio door would not open which made the room very hot. You don’t normally expect a heatwave on Mull but it would have been good to have the extra ventilation.

Great appartment. Positive: Very clean, comfortable beds , warm, well stocked kitchen, good location, very roomy . 2 bathrooms was great, washing machine was a bonus, having onsite parking was great. It was a really nice apartment and would highly recommend it as a place to stay. Outside deck was nice but we didn’t get to use it because it was raining non stop. Negative: Stairwell was a bit grimy, smelled musty and was unkempt but didn’t really effect us as once we were inside it was really nice.
