Positive: Apartment was clean and comfortable, very tastefully furnished with all amenities. Great location.

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended Positive: Great location, spotlessly clean, very comfortable for my one week stay. Good shower with a consistent temperature and a well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. Negative: I missed having a washing machine.

Positive: Location Negative: Signage and instructions compared to actual location was poor. Unable to get into outer door as enter button not labeled. Left a message on West Holidays answer phone before 5pm to ring us urgently. Still waiting for the call. Disappointing after a stressful journey. For £ 204 per night we expected better.

Lovely apartment in great location Positive: Great location, lovely modern, clean apartment with lounge room, sofa, tv, dining table, dishwasher and full kitchen - oven, microwave, fridge. Door codes for security. Negative: Paid parking with a four hour limit 8-6pm in Viewforth car park was very inconvenient during our stay as Storm Floris hit and we couldn’t drive anywhere due to severe winds and rain, but we had to go out and move our car to different locations several times during the storm in the daytime. Need to negotiate with carpark owner to allow all day paid parking for apartment renters. Heated towel rack did not appear to work tho switch was turned on. Shower floor was very slippery so we had to put a hand towel over it.
