Disappointing Positive: Great location, large garden, spacious house. Negative: Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short as the main toilet blocked on our first morning (but was fixed that evening) and then the only shower stopped working on the same evening. Communication was painful, having to communicate through Booking, to an agent, to the owner and although we were assured that an electrician had been requested, we didn't have faith that it was going to be fixed quickly. We were refunded quickly though, so credit to the agent and the owner for sorting that out.

Relaxing and enjoyable Positive: Beautiful location, great layout of home Negative: It didn’t need to be so hard to find.

Cosy house Very quietly located above Oban . Positive: Cosy house with beautiful garden. Negative: It was not so easy to find the house even when using what3words.

Bedding and towels were fresh and clean,there was tea /coffee and some breakfast cereal provided,l liked that it was dog friendly but the garden wasn’t completely secure to let my dog out without supervision , Wi-Fi didn’t work and after an email I was told it couldn’t be addressed over the weekend, the garden furniture was very dirty just lying around on the floor of an undesirable decking area ,decor and furnishings were outdated , the whole house in the need of a refurb but was clean, in a lovely area a few minutes drive from town , but at the top of a steep hill
