Great location and plenty of space. Positive: The property was well equipped, plenty of space for with amazing views. Negative: Some areas of the property required upgrading and we found a few hairballs from animals, which would suggest it wasn’t cleaned fully. Without these two issues, the property would be 10 out of 10.

Well equipped. Perfect for our family.

Great location close to restaurants. Loved watching the ferries boats come and go in the harbor sitting and having coffee in morning at bay window.

I had to track down wifi to access email and receive keypad code

Property was actually ok - bit tired in places but comfortable and nice toiletries etc. The main issue was there was no electricity working in most of the house due to a fault. I don’t understand how the cleaners or whoever prepared the house would not have known this. The Wi-Fi was also unplugged. The boiler was also off so house was freezing! Someone did come out at 8.15pm but my birthday dinner was ruined by fielding calls and having to go back to the house. Some power was restored then we had another visit the next morning but needed an electrician if it was to be fixed properly but couldn’t wait in for an unspecified amount of time so just had to live with a partial fix. Came home early as it just ruined our trip. West holidays who look after the property refused to refund for the unused night but frankly who wants to stay in a house with faulty electrics which may go again at any time or cause bigger problems. Offered 100 compensation but house was 900 for 3 nights and was a miserable experience!
