Very clean & tidy, it was all we wanted it to be.

Negative: Unfortunately, our stay at Glenloch View Apartment was disappointing. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. The hob and oven were dirty, and the carpet was also unclean. The bathroom had visible mould in several areas and there was a noticeable mouldy smell. Some of the covers had holes in them, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was completely worn out, and the bed slats were in poor condition too. Overall, the apartment needs much better cleaning and maintenance before it can offer a comfortable stay.

The accommodation is basic. A new mattress is much required! Positive: Loved the views. The quiet apartment. No noise from neighbours. The position close to town. Easy to book and to get access into property. Negative: The bed was the worst! The mattress was so thin, I get the metal bar that went across digging into my back! The shower/bath could really do with some TLC - a lick of paint, some deep cleaning of the mould and re-grouting. The toaster hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while - the crumb tray full. The freezer needs de-frosting and a curtain rail in the living room is near coming off the wall. Instructions for the coffee machine could have been helpful.
