Deluxe Double Room at Lochiel Villa Guesthouse

Positive: Location was great.

Positive: Easy parking. Central location. No staff on site but quick to respond via message. Negative: Breakfast would have been good as not much available nearby.

Very comfortable room. Positive: Location of guest house was great with lovely views. Rooms were large and very comfy. Negative: No reception or staff on site. They were not able to accommodate left luggage which was very hard with check-out at 10am and our train not until the evening. With no left luggage facilities at the station and very limited alternative options in town this was a genuine issue for me and the staff would not help find a solution.

Très "hôtel" plutôt que "guest house", mais pas de personnel sur place. Positive: Chambre bien équipée et en bon état. Negative: Absolument aucun personnel sur place pendant les 4 jours ou nous y étions (a part pour le ménage). Petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel à coté. Zéro charme et un peu loin du centre-ville quand on n'a pas de voiture.

Comfortable and clean room but over priced Positive: Room- very clean and comfortable bed Negative: We were disappointed that breakfast at the guest house was cancelled and moved to a near by hotel. The breakfast here was average and did not reflect the cost of the property The check in procedure was impersonal, and there was no flexibility for early check in without significant further cost
