Great place to stay in Fort William
Positive: Responsiveness of staff - checked in to the guest house only at 10:30pm, left things in the room and stepped outside momentarily without the key to get back in. Called on the emergency number and within 10 minutes they had sorted me out with a spare key card to get in. That was incredible responsiveness.
Negative: There could have been breakfast provided - it was clear in the listing and the confirmation that there was no breakfast, so that's not a complaint. Just would have liked it more.
