Didn't get any sleep - the radiators are faulty and none stop noise Positive: Very clean, and good location Negative: I was in room 208 and the radiator has kept me awake all night with a non stop gurgling / swooshing sound. I had seen feedback on this before I arrived, so extremely disappointing that nothing has been done. I am absolutely shattered and have a long drive ahead of me - not what I wanted from this booking.

Positive: La chambre était lumineuse, confortable et très propre Il y a eu un petit souci de clé à mon arrivée ; il n'y a personne sur place (self check-in/out) mais ils ont été très réactifs via la messagerie et quelqu'un est arrivé sur place en à peine 15 minutes pour regler le problème en question, ce qui a été très appréciable

Positive: The rooms and decor were of a very high standard. They were spotlessly clean. It felt very home from home to me. Beautiful. We were grateful to Ali for allowing us early entry to our room. Negative: There was a whooshing noise from my radiator which made it difficult to sleep. I initially thought it was a noise from outside so never thought to report it at the time. Once that is fixed it's 10 out of 10.

Comfortable room Positive: Warm, comfortable, clean room. Heavy curtains that blocked out most of the light. Powerful, warm shower. Thoughtful instructions. Easy key access. Close to town centre for restaurants (8 min walk) or to walk along the front with views across the water. Car parking in a car park right outside the property. Negative: The single room was very small with not much space around the bed. However the comfort of the bed and bedroom made up for this.
